We want you to love your LDMA pieces. Please review our return policy below.
What Can Be Returned
We accept returns for refund on the following items, if postmarked within 14 days of delivery:
- All bras and bralettes
- All Active Lounge (hoodies, joggers, sweats, shorts, crews)
- The Christy Strappy Rib Long Bra Top
- The Taylor Ribbed Romper
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and with all hang tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted. A $5 handling fee applies to all refunds.
Exchange or Store Credit Only (No Refunds)
The following item is eligible for exchange or store credit only — refunds are not available:
- The Alex Bodysuit
To request an exchange or store credit, visit our Returns Portal. Item must be returned unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and with all hang tags attached.
Final Sale (No Returns or Exchanges)
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- All thongs and briefs
The following are also final sale:
- International orders
- Items purchased during promotional periods or with a promo code (excluding the welcome offer for new subscribers)
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
What Defines a Promotional Period
A promotional period includes any timeframe where discounts, markdowns, or promo codes are applied, including seasonal sales, early access or VIP sales, Black Friday/Cyber Monday, buy-more-save-more promotions, and automatic or marked-down pricing.
Items purchased during promotional periods are eligible for store credit only. The welcome offer for new email and SMS subscribers is excluded from this policy — first-time orders using the welcome discount follow the standard return policy above.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Visit our Returns Portal
- Enter your order number and shipping zip code
- Once submitted, you'll receive a prepaid return label via email
- Pack your item securely and affix the label
- After your item arrives at our warehouse and is inspected, refunds are processed within 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Damaged Items
Visit our Returns Portal and select "Item was damaged" as your reason. You'll be prompted to upload photos of the damage. Once verified, we will replace the item or issue store credit.
Return shipments are at the customer's risk until received. We recommend keeping tracking information. Only items purchased directly from LDMAbrand.com are eligible.
