Return Policy

We accept returns on bras and Active Lounge items only, if postmarked within 14 days of delivery.

Please note the following exclusions:

  • No returns or exchanges on underwear due to hygiene reasons.
  • No returns or exchanges on international orders.
  • Final sale items, items purchased using a promo code, during promotional periods, or at a discounted price are eligible for store credit only.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with hang tags attached. Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email help@ldmabrand.com with your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return (including color and size), and your reason for return.
  2. Once approved, we’ll email you a pre-paid return label.
  3. Pack your item securely and affix the return label.
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund or store credit will be processed. Please allow 3–7 business days for it to reflect.

Damaged Items

If you received a damaged item:

  • Follow the return steps above and select “damaged” as your reason.
  • Include a description and photo of the damage in your email.

All return shipments are at the customer’s risk until received. We recommend insuring your return in case of damage during transit.

Only items purchased directly from LDMAbrand.com are eligible for return.
