What Can Be Returned

We accept returns on bras and Active Lounge items only, if postmarked within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With all hang tags attached

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

Exclusions (Not Eligible for Return or Refund)

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Underwear (due to hygiene reasons)
  • International orders
  • Final sale items
  • Items purchased during promotional periods
  • Items purchased using a promo code or at a discounted price

During Promotional Periods

Items purchased with a promo code, discount, or during a promotional period are eligible for store credit only.

Refunds are not offered on promotional-period purchases.

Reminder: All underwear is final sale.

What Defines a Promotional Period

A promotional period includes any timeframe where discounts, markdowns, or promo codes are applied. Examples include:

  • Seasonal sales
  • Early access or VIP sales
  • Black Friday / Cyber Monday
  • Buy-more-save-more promotions
  • Automatic or marked-down pricing

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • Email help@ldmabrand.com with your order number, item(s), color, size, and reason.
  • Once approved, we will send a prepaid return label.
  • Pack your item securely and affix the return label.
  • After inspection, your refund, exchange, or store credit will be issued within 3–7 business days.

Damaged Items

  • Email photos and a description of the issue.
  • Select “damaged” as your reason for return.
  • We will replace the item or issue store credit once verified.

Please note: return shipments are at the customer’s risk until received. We recommend keeping tracking information.
